Action Realty was founded by Bob and Gloria Rybarczyk in 1970, starting as a small group of agents serving Wausau and the surrounding community. Shortly after college, during a tough market year, their son Rob joined the company to help out his parents, and fell in love with the business. He and his wife, Kris, eventually purchased the company, growing it to over 60 agents and staff, two offices (Schofield and Merrill) and expanding their service area throughout central and northern Wisconsin. While both of their children have worked within the company, their son, Jake, has been gaining experience in the company and industry for a number of years and is currently teamed up with his grandma and founder, Gloria, who is still very active in the business.
